  • Enterprise SaaS platforms — Led product design for complex, data-heavy B2B tools used by thousands of organizations globally, driving improvements in onboarding, task completion, and user satisfaction
  • Financial services & payments — Directed design modernization across legacy software products, creating cohesive design systems and establishing sustainable research practices
  • Platform-scale design operations — Built design orgs from the ground up, including hiring 20+ designers, defining team structures, and creating Centers of Excellence that improved quality and velocity
